Caveats

No guarantee of a particular result:

It is illegal and unethical for an attorney to make a guarantee of a result in a criminal case. While the attorneys  work diligently for the best outcome in every case, it should be noted that every case is different and is based upon its own individual fact pattern. What makes a case dismissible or reducible in charge or penalty or more severe in penalty, varies with those fact patterns. Prosecutors and judges in different counties will differ in policies regarding sentencing; They will even differ to some degree, within the same courthouse.

Attorney Experience:

Every attorney in the world has similar education, but different experiences.  The information stated,  that this firm is made up of attorneys whom have been police officers, DUI prosecutors and a Judge protem is given to you in order to allow you to be aware of the varied experiences of the attorneys at this firm.  We in no way, wish to infer that these experiences will curry favor with the prosecutor or judge in your case. It will not.  But, it does illustrate the breadth of our experience and we believe it relevant to criminal defense. A protem judge is not a voted in full time judge.  He/She is a voluntary part time bench officer who helps alleviate court congestion by hearing cases, serving at the pleasure of the Presiding Judge.

Dismissed Cases/Successes:

Our law firm considers these types of cases as dismissals: dismissal to a lesser offense and DMV hearing 'wins.' These results are the result of actions taken on the client's behalf and are contingent on facts within the case that will differ from one person's case to another.
